Staying Connected: The 435 Campaign

435 CampaignTogether, PH advocates are working to make sure that all 435 members of the House of Representatives and 100 members of the Senate can put a face and  personal story with the words “pulmonary hypertension.” Our goal is to have at least one advocate in each congressional district.

435 Campaign members make a small commitment ...  and a big impact.

  • PHA sends you regular PH advocacy updates.
  • PHA staff supply you with any materials or one-on-one support you need.
  • You reach out to your Members of Congress three times a year via email, mail, phone or visits.
  • 435 Campaign members connect and support one another through the 435 Campaign email group.

The 435 Campaign has 250+ members in more than 100 Congressional districts working toward passage of the Tom Lantos PH Research and Education Act and other important legislation, but the network won’t be complete without you!
