Our Journeys Faces of PH

Jacqueline KirkPHA’s Our Journeys campaign allows the PH community to share their stories and raise awareness. The project gives this terrible condition a real human face – a powerful tool against an uncommon, and frightening, disease.

This is your face we want to see! That means all of the downs and all of the ups, the challenges as well as the successes. No story is too small to share with us.

Eryn Ely - face of PHFaces of PH is a national public awareness campaign that garners media coverage of PH patients and their PH doctors. See how your stories generate PH awareness and learn more about the many faces of PH through our national campaign as it visits 10 major U.S. cities. And don't forget to add your story through Journeys.
