Kathy Abrehamsen Memorial Golf Tournament

On Monday, June 11, Victorian Builders & Remodeling (Cottekill, N.Y.) hosted the Kathy Abrehamsen Memorial Golf Tournament at the Rondout Country Club in Accord, N.Y. This was Victorian Builders’ second annual benefit tournament (last year’s tournament raised over $9,500 for Hospice of Ulster and Dutchess Counties). The funds raised this year will support the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
Kathy Abrehamsen was the wife of one of Victorian Builders’ employees. She struggled with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension for several years. Brian and Eva Squire, Victorian Builders’ President and General Manager, are pleased to announce that this year’s tournament raised $11,450 for the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Half of the money will go toward research to find a cure for PH; the other half will go toward patient and family services. Many, many thanks to all who supported this event, honoring Kathy’s memory in this very tangible way.
