Faces of PH is a national awareness campaign to raise the profile of pulmonary hypertension (PH), a rare and often undiagnosed disease which afflicts an estimated 100,000 to 200,000 people worldwide.
The campaign's goal is to garner media coverage of a PH patient and his/her PH doctor in 10 major U.S. cities: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC. The campaign's national spokesperson is Charity Sunshine Tillemann-Dick (right), the granddaughter of Congressman Tom Lantos (D-CA).
