members to communicate with one another and not to provide medical

Help Tools
The PHA chat tool has explanations of what you are hovering over with your mouse, and it also has a handy Help function that is a complete users guide. Be sure you allow pop-ups in order to use the Help User Guide.
The Google Chrome browser may not work with the chat page. If you have trouble getting to chat with Google Chrome, please use a different browser, or give this a try; it is advice from the chat program tech support:
"Please have the user clear their computer's Java cache of temporary files. To do so, they would open their computer's Control Panel, and double-click "Java". Under the "General" tab, in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Settings" button. Click the "Delete Files" button. Check the boxes for "Applications and Applets" and the check box for "Trace and Log Files", then click the "OK" button."
