Jeanne Kane
Jeanne Kane is an Educational Specialist specializing in advocacy, assessment and educational planning for Medically Complex children. She currently serves as Program Coordinator and Educational Specialist for The Hospital Educational Advocacy Liaisons Program (H.E.A.L.) at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Stanford. With more than ten years of experience working with medically fragile children, Jeanne has a wealth of knowledge about how the cognitive, social and academic effects of chronic illness can affect a child’s success in school.
