Recognizing and Coping with Depression

March 21, 2012

How do you know when you or someone you love is feeling blue versus feeling depressed? It can be tough to tell. What we do know is that the rates of depression for those living with chronic illness and their care providers tend to be higher than the general population. Being able to recognize depression is the first step in learning to manage it. This webinar focuses on recognizing the signs of depression, as well as providing strategies for coping with depression, sadness, and stress.

This webinar was hosted as part of the Caregivers Telephone Support Group. Learn more
