Maintaining Relationships with Friends and Family After Diagnosis

Relationships are an important part of life for everyone, especially PH patients. A diagnosis of PH does not mean that relationships have to end, but in most cases, your relationships will change during your PH journey. During this webinar, learn how you can maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships with your friends, spouse or partner and other family members post-diagnosis.

Ginny Maril, MPsy, Texas Woman's University

Ginny Maril is currently a doctoral candidate and psychology intern at Texas Woman's University Counseling Center where she provides counseling, training, and outreach to students and staff. Her Master’s thesis and Doctoral dissertation focused on the impacts of living with chronic illness for patients and their caregivers. She has spoken in advocacy at local, regional, and national levels for those whose lives are affected by chronic illness.
