Presenter Information

Jeannette Morrill

Jeannette Morrill, PHAware Campaign Member

Jeannette's first attempt at media coverage was in 2004. She reached out to reporters because she wanted to spread the word about the PH support group she had just organized. The next year, Jeanette got news coverage of her story as part of a large article about pulmonary hypertension and a feature story about the Maine State Women's Golf Association Championship in which she competed.

Jeannette is always thinking of creative ways to get PH in the news. She’s scored media successes after talking to reporters about her Swinging for a Cure Forum and Golf Tournament, the release of her book, Living with Pulmonary Hypertension and her receipt of PHA’s Outstanding Citizen Award.

Mollie Katz
