Health Needs

For Emergencies:

Emergency services will be available at Conference. For assistance please see the hotel staff or the PHA Registration Desk.

For Oxygen Users:

If you require oxygen, you will need to make your own arrangements. The hotel can receive your oxygen supply and deliver it to your room. Neither the hotel nor PHA can accept responsibility for making any oxygen arrangements.

Oxygen and Scooter Vendors in Houston

For Flolan Users:

Freezers will be available 24 hours a day during the conference for an on-hand supply of freezer packs. Bring your immediate supply of freezer packs and then use the ones PHA is making available. Please bring all other supplies and medications with you.

Mini refrigerators will be available upon request through the hotel. A very limited number of refrigerators are available. Please allow Flolan patients access for their life-sustaining medications.
