Important Information Regarding Hotel Rooms!

Due to unprecedented registration for the 2008 Conference, the room block at the Hilton is filling up quickly! In an effort to house as many patients at the Hilton as possible, PHA is asking that medical professionals and exhibitors who have not already booked rooms, do so at either the nearby Courtyard by Marriott (5 blocks away) or Doubletree Hotel (8 blocks away). PHA will have a shuttle running between the Hilton and both overflow properties. Please see below for rate details.

If you are staying at the Hilton and need to cancel your room reservation for any reason, please do not call the Hilton directly, but contact Jessica Hardy, PHA Meetings Planner, at 240-485-0768 or Jessica@PHAssociation.org.

For Reservations at the Hilton:

PHA has arranged for the following special daily room rates.
Rooms will be available at the PHA group rates until Thursday, May 29, 2008, or until the block is full -- whichever occurs first.

Single/Double: $147 + taxes
Executive Level Single/Double: $177 + taxes
(Taxes currently 17%)

A $25 charge will be applied for each additional person above two per room. Children under 18 stay free.

The Courtyard has a 72-hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel your room for any reason, you must call the hotel 72-hours before your scheduled arrival to cancel your room or you will be charged for one night’s stay.
