Important Information Regarding Hotel Rooms! Due to unprecedented registration for the 2008 Conference, the room block at the Hilton is sold out on Saturday, June 21! PHA recommends that attendees book rooms the nearby Courtyard by Marriott (5 blocks away) or the Doubletree Hotel (8 blocks away). PHA will have a shuttle running between the Hilton and both overflow properties. Please see below for rate details. Patients who are unable to book a room at the Hilton should contact Jessica Hardy, PHA Meetings Planner, at 240-485-0768 or Jessica@PHAssociation.org to be placed on a waiting list. PHA will make every effort to move patients into the Hilton as cancelations occur. If you are staying at the Hilton and need to cancel your room reservation for any reason, please contact Jessica Hardy instead of calling the Hilton directly. PHA will cancel your reservation with the hotel, send you a cancelation confirmation number, and use the available room for a patient on the waiting list.
