PHA'S "EXCEPTIONAL" FISCAL PRACTICES RECOGNIZED for 10th year

Charity Navigator Four Star CharityPHA has done it again! For the tenth consecutive year in 2013, PHA has received Charity Navigator's 4-star rating, the highest designation conferred by the leading charity evaluator in America.

According to Charity Navigator President Ken Berger, PHA is among the 1% of charities that have received this "exceptional" recognition over this period of time, indicating that PHA "consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America." Mr. Berger goes on to say that this designation demonstrates to the public that PHA "is worthy of their trust."
