Celebrate and Raise Awareness

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s In Honor of Our Lives program gives you the opportunity to include fundraising and awareness-raising in your special celebrations. In Honor of Our Lives is also a special way to honor or remember the courage of PH patients in the fight against this terrible disease.

  • Birthday
  • Anniversary
  • Wedding
  • Retirement
  • Religious Milestone
  • Graduation

How You Can Participate

  • Ask your guests to make donations to PHA in lieu of presents, or
  • Make a donation in honor of your guests in lieu of party favors.

I’m planning a celebration… what do I need to do?

  • Contact us at 301-565-3004 x742 or to learn more about the program.
  • Ask PHA for cards you can distribute to your guests to inform and educate them about PH and PHA.
