Air Compassion America® is a non-profit patient advocacy/assistance organization established to help locate and coordinate bed-to-bed air ambulance service. ACAM’s mission is to help patients and families undergoing a difficult health crisis by offering them compassionate counseling and working to lower air ambulance and medically assisted travel costs.
AirLifeLine
is a national non-profit charitable organization of over 1,000 private
pilots who fly ambulatory patients who cannot afford the cost of travel
to medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment. Our pilots donate
their time, aircraft and fuel to make this air transportation service

Caring Voice Coalition serves the comprehensive needs of individuals affected by serious and chronic disorders, through collaborative efforts and partnerships with organizations established to serve those patient populations. They have programs to help patients with insurance reimbursement, financial assistance, patient support services and public advocacy.
COTA
Children's Organ Transplant Association. COTA's primary mission is to
ensure that no U.S. citizen is ever denied a life-saving transplant
or access to a transplant waiting list, due solely to the lack of funds.

no-cost, long-distance medical air transportation for patients

States. The NPTC also has the means for bringing ambulatory outpatients
from many overseas locations to the United States.
