After running his 25th marathon after his transplant, John Perry gave his medal to thanks to the surgeon who gave him his life back. “I’m so excited to reunite with my surgeon and give him my 25th marathon medal as a sincere thank you for all he has done for me.”

A Surprise from a Stranger

After hearing the story of 3 year old Caiden and how he is fighting PH, Chris Kuemerle, who has never met Caiden, wanted to help bring a smile to the young boys face while he waits for surgery. Chris is a woodworker in California who is going to surprise Caiden by making him the big boy tractor bed he has always wanted.

One Success Leads to Another

Michelle Reller

Utilizing the Media Action Network, Michelle Reller has turned a one-time television interview into a yearlong television promotion for pulmonary hypertension awareness.

Michelle received her first interview from WJTS a year ago and used the success from that interview leverage another one this past May on the PH support group she had started. Michelle was then able to connect PHA to WJTS, who will now run the PHA PSA’s for the next year!
