Conference a Huge Success!
The 2006 Conference, "Roadmap to a Cure," was the best attended in PHA's history, with over 1100 registrants from 21 nations. This year, PHA was able to offer scholarships to over 90% of applicants, or more than 120 patients in need. As a result, PHA's 7th International Conference, while bigger than ever before, was also more inclusive, attracting patients who would otherwise not have been able to attend.

Encysive Pharmaceuticals announced the presentation of new STRIDE-2X data evaluating Thelin(TM) (sitaxsentan sodium) in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) at the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) Annual European Congress of Rheumatology in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
