Get Involved in Your Area
The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) has four chapters across the U.S. that are dedicated to building community and raising funds in support of those who are affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH). PHA chapter events — often known as O2 breathe events — are an opportunity for the PH community to come together to learn how to better live with PH and raise awareness of the disease in their local communities. These events bring together patients, families and friends, caregivers, healthcare professionals and other supporters to raise urgently-needed funds for lifesaving research and programs that help the estimated 30,000-plus Americans who are affected by this unpredictable and life-threatening disease.
On each of our four chapter websites, linked below, find local events listings and information about how to get involved and stay connected.
Team O2 breathe, PHA’s National Endurance Program
The Pulmonary Hypertension Association's national endurance program, Team O2 breathe™, enables individuals to cross the finish line while representing the PH community. Members will raise awareness and funds for PHA by participating in endurance sporting events such as marathons, triathlons, swims, cycling, mud runs, and much more.
