Three major airports serve the Washington, D.C., area:

  • Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is located 5 miles from the Crystal Gateway Marriott; reachable by car, by Metro and by the courtesy hotel shuttle; and offers direct access from throughout the United States.
  • Dulles International Airport (IAD) is located 22 miles from the Crystal Gateway Marriott (30 minutes by car, one hour by shuttle and Metro), and offers direct access from throughout the United States and abroad.

By Car

By Train

Amtrak runs many trains to Washington, D.C. When arriving via Amtrak, take the train to Union Station in Washington, D.C., and either follow signs for the Metro (25 minutes) or take a taxi from the taxi stand at the main station entrance (25 minutes). Visit Amtrak
