Exhibit booths will be available for $2,000 and include two complimentary registrations.
The following special exceptions apply:
Platinum sponsors will receive their booths at no charge and will have first choice of booth placement (within the category, placement choices will be made based on amount committed by June 1).
Gold sponsors will have booths available at half the regular fee and will have second choice of booth placement, based on the same rules described above.
Each exhibitor will receive one 6' skirted table, two side chairs, waste basket and a one-line identification sign bearing the exhibitors name. Approximately 12 (twelve) 8'x10' booths will be available.

Registration: With Actelion’s support, PHA has been able to subsidize the $225 registration fee for the first 300 registrants from centers and PH practices.
CEUs: As an accredited continuing medical education event, the Symposium will allow attendees the opportunity to earn educational credits.
Keynote Breakfast: Friday’s breakfast, entitled “Why the Work Has Meaning,” opens the Symposium. It is the first opportunity for the community to interact in a working environment.
PH Resource Network Mouse Pads: PHA will be introducing a new PH Resource Network Mouse Pad at the Symposium. One will be provided to each attendee and the remaining stock will be used as a benefit to help recruit new members.
Lobby Day: Registrants are encouraged to arrive a day early for a pre-symposium opportunity to visit members of Congress to discuss issues relating to pulmonary hypertension and medical insurance. A training session will be held as part of this Thursday activity and those participating will be bused to Capitol Hill.
T-shirt, co-sponsor: To keep the spirit of the Symposium alive, PHA will provide all conference attendees with a limited edition high quality t-shirt.
Conference DVDs: The Symposium will be filmed by a professional film crew for DVDs to be distributed to the broader PHA community.
Welcome Reception: This Thursday night reception will provide an opportunity to renew acquaintances and make new friends before the work of the Symposium begins. As the informal opening of the education program, there will be a brief welcoming program and a simple networking exercise.
Spirit of PH Resource Network DVD: PHA will use the meeting of hundreds of allied health professionals to record the story of a medical community on the move. The footage collected from the conference and a series of individual interviews will weave into a presentation that will be distributed on DVD to members of the PHA community.
Saturday Networking Breakfast: As diagnosis continues to expand in both idiopathic PAH and in PAH related to other diseases and conditions, treatment decisions become more complex. They must be tailored to emerging research specific to the origins and circumstances of PAH in the patient. This breakfast, entitled “Diagnostic Subspecialties in Pulmonary Hypertension,” will provide registrants the opportunity to sit at “topic tables” for discussions with experts.
Symposium Scholarship Fund: PHA’s goal for the 2007 Symposium is to ensure that no allied health professionals interested in attending are excluded due to lack of available funds. To make this possible, PHA has established a fund for travel and lodging support.
PH Resource Network and PH Clinicians and Researchers Brochures: These popular brochures, which provide information about PHA’s two medical professional groups, will be distributed at the Symposium.
Program Guide: The program booklet is the guide to the Symposium. It will include welcome messages, agendas and workshop outlines.

Journeys Dinner: At this Friday night dinner, a medical professional emcee will tell the story of her or his journey with PH and then microphones will be made available in the audience. Nurses and other allied health professionals will have the opportunity to tell their own stories.
Break package: The Symposium’s two refreshment breaks will allow attendees a time to discuss, socialize and network.

Save the Date Card for PHA’s Eighth International Conference: Distribution of the save the date card for PHA’s Conference (June 20-22, 2008 in Houston, TX) will begin at the Medical Education Sessions as well as the Symposium.
Committee Meetings: The PH Resource Network accomplishes much of its work through the work of its five general committees (Education, Research and Publications, Membership, Symposium, and Strategic Planning). Committee meetings will take place the Friday of the Symposium, from 5:30 to 6:00pm.
Symposium Portfolios: Attendees will receive portfolios courtesy of LungRx for recording notes and storing handouts during the educational sessions
