Just as diet and nutrition were concerns before your PH diagnosis, pulmonary hypertension patients must often make an extra effort to be conscious of what they eat. Certain foods and vitamins might interact with medication, contribute to edema (the buildup of excess body fluid), or increase nausea and discomfort.
