Looking to distribute Envelope of Hope packets to new patients?

If you’re a support group leader, event planner or medical professional, PHA can supply you with free Envelope of Hope referral postcards to distribute to newly diagnosed patients. These postcards provide information about PHA’s Patient-to-Patient Support Line (800-748-7274) for immediate support, and new patients can return them to PHA to receive their own Envelope of Hope packets in the mail.
