2015 Support Group Meetings

We meet on the second Sunday of every other month @ 1pm. (Alternates with the Denver PH Support Group)

Sunday, February 8th, 2015 @ 1p.m. - "Let's Talk" - 2015 Outlook/Planning - Come take advantage of this opportunity to get to know one another and set group goals/plans for the upcoming year. 

Sunday, April 12th, 2015 @ 1p.m. - Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension And The Heart - Dr. Christopher Lang, M.D, FACC,  MD, from the department of cardiology, Kaiser Central office in Denver. Dr. Lang will break down the specific effects of PAH on the heart and lungs, update us on the progress of treatment, and answer any questions that we may have.  

Sunday, June 14th, 2015 @ 1p.m. -  Insights on Sodium/Fluid Management and Low Sodium Recipe Exchange - This presentation will cover causes of swelling and how to identify it, as well as, diet/sodium intake and your body's ability to balance fluids.  We will also have a recipe exchange, so prepare samples of your favorite low sodium dish or just bring a copy of the recipe to share.  You'll go home with a full tummy and a generous helping of great new recipes and knowledge.
