Santa Barbara Fun Walk for a Cure
Santa Barbara, Calif., August, 2012

This inaugural Fun Walk for a Cure, hosted by Dr. Jeffrey Sager and the Santa Barbara PH Support Group, had more than 100 people walking from Chase Palm Park to the Santa Barbara Zoo and back, raising PH awareness and more than $16,000 for PH research. This event also included special guests Carl Hicks, former PHA Board chair, who shared his personal connection to PH, and Dr. Roham Zamanian, director of the pulmonary hypertension program at the Vera Moulton Wall Center at Stanford University.
