Group Goals:
• to educate and raise awareness of pulmonary hypertension in our area and the state

• to provide support and coping skills for pulmonary hypertension patients in WY

• to provide information on treatment options for pulmonary hypertension and the side effects of the treatments

2009 Meeting Schedule
All meetings will be held at the Riverton Public Library (1 - 3 PM)

June 13 -- PAH and all the therapies - Elisabeth Ravazzolo, RN, BSN, Accredo Health Group
Lunch provided by Accredo

August 8 -- Overview of Clinical PH Research - David Badesch, M.D., University of Colorado Hospital

October 10 -- program to be determined
