Knowledge, support, understanding; only a few of the things a PHA
support group can offer a PH patient. PHA believes no one should
face this disease alone. By bringing together the people who know
and understand what it is to deal with PH we are creating a stronger
foundation for all involved in the PH community.
A few years ago, if a patient wanted to meet other
patients, they had to travel to one of only eight support groups
in the country. That has changed dramatically.
More and more patients are taking part in
our support group network. There are now over 100 support groups
and at least one new group is being added each month.

This database is maintained by the very people
who use it, the PH community. PHA has given space to every PH
support group for them to post contact and event information,
and share their photos.
