David Badesch, MD, is currently Professor of Medicine, in the Divisions of Pulmonary Sciences & Critical Care Medicine, and Cardiology, and Clinical Director of the Pulmonary Hypertension Center, at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center (UCDHSC).
Nicole Poulin lives in Longmont, Colorado (45 minutes north of Denver). She was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension in 2003 and is on the list for a double lung transplant.
Dunbar Ivy, MD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Science Center’s School of Medicine. He serves as Chief of Cardiology and Director of the Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He is also Director of Cardiovascular Research at The Children’s Hospital Heart Institute in Denver.
Eryn Ely (EEE-leigh), 5, lives in Aurora, Colorado with her adoptive mother, Teresa. Although in extremely poor condition upon diagnosis as a baby, numerous PAH therapies have allowed Eryn to develop into a kindergartener full of life.
