Harold Palevsky, MD, is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Chief of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center – Presbyterian. He also heads the Pulmonary Vascular Disease Program and Medical Co-Director of the Program in Advanced Lung Disease and Lung Transplantation.

Patty Farrow, 45, lives outside Philadelphia in Paulsboro, New Jersey with her husband. Patty is a member of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s Southern New Jersey PAH Support Group. Most recently, she helped raise over $5,000 for PAH research through a one-mile Fun Walk called “Wild for a Cure” at the Cape May Zoo.

Alethea Pergament, 32, lives just outside Philadelphia in Mantua, New Jersey with her 7-year-old daughter, Brianna. PAH treatments have improved Alethea’s condition, allowing her to enjoy being a mother, lead a PAH Support Group, and advocate for increased PAH awareness.
