Virginia Coglitore, 42, lives just outside San Francisco in Saratoga, CA with her husband, 7-year-old daughter, and 5-year-old son. Upon diagnosis, Virginia was ranked first on the lung transplant recipient list. Her PAH medication has improved her condition, and she is no longer a transplant candidate.
