Jean Robart, a PH patient from Kansas who is a member of the PHAcommunity listserv, visited our Silver Spring offices in May while she was on vacation in the Washington, D.C. area. In a conversation on the listserv about traveling with PH she mentioned that she was visiting D.C. so we invited her to visit the office while she was here.
We made the tiresome commute she made with her 20+ pound walker worth her while hooking her up with lots of PHA goodies, an office tour, great conversation, and a group picture in front of the PH Healing Quilt hanging in our office (see right, Jean is in the center in the white PHA t-shirt). She also renewed her PHA membership while she was at it. We loved having her visit and welcome you all to do the same if you’re ever in the area.
