This year's PHA International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions in Dallas marked a milestone in PHA's 25-year history of awareness, scientific advancement and strong community. Patients, caregivers, families, advocates, medical professionals and other friends gathered from over 40 nations on June 17-19. Conference highlights included more than 25 medically led sessions, back-to-back scientific sessions from PH thought-leaders from around the world, celebrity-led plenary sessions and exciting meet ups and events for networking with others who understand what it means to live with PH.

PHA on the RoadAnnouncing Two Dates for PHA on the Road: PH Patients and Families Education Forum

On the heels of PHA’s 2016 International Pulmonary Hypertension Conference and Scientific Sessions (the largest-ever gathering of the PH community), PHA is announcing two dates for PHA on the Road. We’ll be in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, October 1, 2016, and in Tampa., Fla., on Saturday, November 19, 2016. PHA on the Road is a free day-long educational and networking program.

Brad A. WongPHA Names Next President and CEO

Brad A. Wong of San Rafael, California has been named president and CEO of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA), the nation's oldest and world's largest organization supporting patients, caregivers, medical professionals and scientists to combat pulmonary hypertension (PH), or high blood pressure of the lungs. He assumed his new role on June 19, 2016.
