Pulmonary Hypertension Association Spreads Awareness through #Heart2CurePH Public Service Ads

PHA will continue to seek donated media for our #Heart2CurePH public service ads. PHA’s #Heart2CurePH public awareness campaign launched in November 2015, making an impression on people across the U.S. approximately 140 million times so far. Thanks to media organizations donating time and space, PHA’s #Heart2Cure PH ads ran in Times Square and on national and local TV and radio stations, transit billboards, strip mall poster ads and in national magazines with the total value of the ads estimated at $69.9M since the campaign launched. Caring Voice CoalitionCaring Voice Coalition PH Assistance Fund Closes Again

Caring Voice Coalition (CVC) has informed PHA that its PH Assistance Fund has closed. The fund opened for a short time at 9 a.m. ET, Monday, Jan. 16. As CVC anticipated, the fund closed the same afternoon, shortly after reopening. CVC accepted applications on a first-come, first-served basis.

Good DaysGood Days Reopens PH Assistance Fund

Good Days confirmed to PHA that it has been able to reopen its PH assistance fund. Both the Good Days and Caring Voice Coalition (CVC) had reported suspending their PH funds over the past two weeks. Good Days has confirmed that it has contacted PH patients who had been on its waiting list and is now taking new applications.

PH Care CentersPHA Accreditation Welcomes Three Newly Accredited Care Centers

Three additional pulmonary hypertension (PH) programs have demonstrated their ability to properly diagnose and manage pulmonary hypertension patients in need of complex care. With these latest accreditations, 44 centers in 27 states have received the designation since PHA launched the program three years ago.
