PH is not a selective disease;
it affects people of all nations, races, and cultures. Though access to patients and treatments varies widely across the globe, the commitment to finding a cure does not. Since 2002, PHA has partnered with associations around the world to collect information, exchange resources and share success stories. As the international network grows and develops, we hope to see awareness of PH continue to rise on a global scale.
 FCHP in Colombia is this month’s international association spotlight. Within the last few months, FCHP has signed an MOU with PHA, planned a PH awareness day with publicity and information sessions, and continues to build relationships within the Latin and Central American PH community. With continued plans into 2009, FCHP is looking to the future of PH awareness in Colombia and abroad.
