When international groups are sufficiently developed, PHA extends the opportunity to formalize the partnership by signing a memorandum of understanding. MOU-holding PHA partners have demonstrated solid membership, effective organizing and a commitment to cooperate with the international network of associations. If your group is interested in becoming an MOU-holding PHA partner, please contact international@phassociation.org.
