Climbers reach summit, exceed fundraising target!

The Path to a Cure climbers summited Mount Kilimanjaro very early on Friday February 26. They spent seven days on the mountain, the highest point in Africa, in order to raise PH awareness around the world. Dr. Raymond Benza, Dr. Robert Frantz and Jessica Lazar, PA, had spent months training and preparing for this event, and it paid off! This incredible adventure has created a lot of buzz in the media. The story of these three leaders of the PH community has been featured in newspapers, on television news and online.

Supporting the Climbers
PHA thanks everyone who made this climb possible, in particular the organizers of our Unity Walks, our corporate sponsors, individual donors and, of course, the climbers themselves, whose efforts were rewarded by reaching the summit and exceeding their fundraising goal. We have already raised more than $100,000 to support research and patient programs. You can continue to support the campaign by donating here.
