Jack Stibbs lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife Marcia and two children. His daughter Emily has PPH.

Jack is a lawyer and serves as PHA’s attorney. He joined the Board in 1999. As Vice President for Advocacy, he worked closely with Congressman Brady (R-TX) to facilitate the introduction of the Pulmonary Hypertension Research Act in Congress. He has also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees and was Chair of the Governance Committee.

In 1999, Jack organized PHA's first and largest research fundraiser. This now-annual event has raised over $1.7 million for research of pulmonary hypertension.
