Grant Reporting/Unused Funds

Successful grants offer models to other members of our community. In order to help others in the PHA community replicate the innovative programs funded through the Lantos Awards, those receiving grants will be required to provide a written report of what has been accomplished. PHA will provide a simple form for this purpose. The report will be due within 60 days of the completion of the grant or one year from the award, whichever is earlier.

At that time, grantees will also be required to submit receipts or other records of spending for their project. Any unused funds will need to be returned to PHA.

Grantees may also be invited to present their results of their work at a "best practices" workshop at PHA's International PH Conference or at PHA regional meetings.
