Session Recording from PHA's 2010 9th International PH Conference
Left Heart Disease, Obesity and Diastolic Dysfunction
June 27, 2010
The role and prominence of the "left heart" as a cause of pulmonary hypertension will be discussed, as will the contribution of obesity and sleep-disordered breathing to PH. We will also address clinical clues and non-invasive testing, such as echo-doppler, that can help differentiate the "left heart" patient from patients with pulmonary vascular disease.
