Looking to distribute Resources for Family and Friends packets to caregivers of newly diagnosed patients?

If you’re a support group leader, event planner or medical professional, PHA can supply you with free referral postcards to distribute to newly diagnosed patients and their family members. These postcards provide information about PHA’s Patient-to-Patient Support Line (800-748-7274) for immediate support, and new patients or caregivers can return them to PHA to receive their own Resources for Family and Friends packets in the mail.
