Amy Ford

Amy

Diagnosed in 1986

"I was diagnosed with PH in 1986. Started Flolan in 1997 and continued that therapy until February of 2013 when I received a lung transplant.

I had many things I liked to do before transplant but I have been told the "new me" will find different things now that I am not wearing a pump 24/7!

Most of all I like to "talk" to other patients so please contact me and ask questions or just vent. I'm here."
