Any materials received after the close date will be placed at PHA’s discretion. In such cases, every attempt will be made to include the ad but no guarantee can be made as to if it will or where it will appear.

Because the 10th International PH Conference is an event participated in by many for patients and their family members, advertising content should not contain product-specific information that is intended for prescribers. All material should be appropriate for a patient audience.

New! Mobile App Advertising
New to PHA events, an application for mobile phones will be available for download. The app will allow mobile access to the event schedule, maps of the meeting space and exhibit hall, access to PHA’s Facebook page and Twitter feed and a list of event speakers with links to their biographies and other PHA presentations. Banner advertisements will be located at the bottom of every app page and will refresh with
each page click.

Delivered to attendees each morning, the Table Talk daily newsletter provides a brief of the day’s activities and highlights important information about upcoming events. Each newsletter is four pages printed in full color.

Conference Program Book
PHA’s 10th International PH Conference program book is an attendee’s primary tool for navigating the Conference. It contains a schedule, maps, session descriptions, and, new for 2012, all handouts for patient and caregiver educational sessions.

Color: All ads need to be CMYK; no RGB images will be accepted and PMS and spot colors will be converted to 4-color process.
Scans and Images: Scanned/bitmap images must be CMYK 300 dpi. Extra alpha channels must be deleted in Photoshop files.
Final Files: Files must be submitted as print-optimized PDF (300 dpi) with images and fonts embedded. (Note: PDFs do not embed True Type or Macintosh fonts. They must be converted to outlines before a PDF is created.) Crop marks must be outside the bleed area. Do not add security features. Any fonts not supplied may be substituted. All submitted materials must be clearly marked with company name, contact name, file name and show name.
