The exhibit hall at PHA’s 10th International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions is not your ordinary tradeshow. Exhibit hall visitors range from kids and adults with pulmonary hypertension to family members of patients to the world’s leading PH medical professionals. PHA encourages Exhibitors to incorporate the vibrancy of the Conference theme, The Power of One: From a Kitchen Table to Around the World, into their booth to make the exhibit hall a unified, fun and educational experience for participants of all ages and backgrounds.

To register and reserve booths in the 10th International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions Exhibit Hall, please fill out the Exhibitor Forms (Word document), which includes the Exhibitor Contract, Registration Forms, Exhibit Hall Only Registration, Exhibit Space Preference, and Bulk PHA Merchandise forms.

Approved sponsorship funds as of this date determine how exhibit hall space is assigned. |

Booth assignments for companies that have signed contracts and paid the exhibit fee are communicated. |

Deadline for all exhibit hall menu orders and bulk merchandise orders.

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
The Exhibit Hall is located in Crystal Ballroom A/C/D/E (Section B will be used for the Research Room) off the main atrium of the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.
Activities included in and around the Exhibit Hall are the Fashion Show, Patient and Family Meet-and-Greet, Pre-Conference Meet-Ups, BlogosPHere internet station, t-shirt giveaway table and the Research Room.
