Caregiver Shout-Out!

This Shout-Out goes from pulmonary hypertension patient Liz Brigham to her husband and caregiver Barry and to her daughter and caregiver, Farah.

Liz Brigham, daughter Farah and husband BarryI am one of the luckiest people in the world to have so many folks in my life who help me out with my tasks of daily living, but I have two special angels who I wish to sincerely express my thanks to here.

First and foremost, my dear husband, Barry. I could not do it without him. He mixes my meds, puts gas in my car, carries my bags, brings me dinner in bed and, most importantly, puts up with me on good days and on bad!

My second caregiver whom I must mention is my beautiful daughter, Farah. She went to Conference with me this year and did EVERYTHING for me. She even argued with the pilot on our flight who was giving us some grief about bringing all the 02 back-up batteries on board. She ran for flolan ice packs at all hours, carried all my bags, forced me to sit down when she knew I was tired and pushed me in a wheel chair.

I am so blessed to have so many angels in my life, but most especially to have Barry and Farah! All my love to you two!
