Presenter Information

Michelle Calderbank, RN, BSN

Michelle Calderbank, RN, BSN, has been with the Children’s Hospital Colorado PH program for the last 6 years. Michelle has developed the patient and family handbook for their PH program and works together with families each year to proactively prepare them for their journey with PH.

Jennifer Wisniewski, RN, BSN

Jennifer Wisniewski, RN, BSN, obtained her bachelors at Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, MA in 1993 and worked at Boston Children’s CICU for several years before relocating to Denver, CO in 2004. She joined the Children’s Hospital Colorado Pulmonary Hypertension Team in 2009. “It has been an amazing experience caring for such wonderful children and their families. My son Benjamin reminds me every day how amazing life is and how it should be full of laughter.”
