Building Medical Education in PH Event in Philadelphia

Saturday, April 14, Philadelphia, Pa.
The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania will be hosting the annual Alfred P. Fishman Symposium on April 14. This year’s symposium, “Pulmonary Vascular Phenotypes in Research and Clinical Care,” aims to present novel methods of phenotyping patients with pulmonary vascular disease, including genetic, metabolomic and network approaches. » Learn more


PHA Online University Course: Sarcoidosis-Associated PH (SAPH)

Hosted by Vivek N. Iyer, MD, MPH, this course describes the pathology of sarcoidosis, explains the multifactorial causes that can lead to the development of PH as an associated disease and the unique etiological and pathological features of SAPH. Free CME credits are available after completion of a post-test and evaluation. » Learn more


PHA Online University Course: Topics in Pharmaceutical Therapy

This course features three sessions from the 2011 PH Professional Network Symposium that focus on issues of special interest to pharmacists. Topics include transition of medications between inpatient and outpatient care, transitioning patients between medications, and medication safety. This course is offered for a maximum of 3.0 hours of pharmacy CEUs after completion of a post-test and evaluation. » Learn more
