OUR JOURNEYS

Sharing lives and building community

The pulmonary hypertension community is a quiltwork of personal stories. Everyone’s experience with PH is different, but we also have commonalities that bind us together and create a unique sense of hope and community. The Our Journeys campaign empowers members of the PH community to share their stories with each other so that we can experience the difficulties, the joys and the triumphs of our lives together.

To newly diagnosed patients, these stories provide hope. They also provide serious but welcome information about what it means to live with this illness on a day-by-day basis.

Journeys stories touch the hearts of political leaders, media reporters and good-hearted people who have never heard of PH. Journeys stories create allies in our fight for a cure.
