Every movement has its leader, and those who are the first to step up in their countries often face the prospect of reinventing the wheel. Fortunately, there is a network of association leaders who are ready to offer expertise and encouragement at every step of the way. The Pulmonary Hypertension Association is committed to supporting you in your leadership efforts, whether you are just getting started or your association is well-established.

    Pose questions and make connections through PHA’s exclusive leader email group. You’ll receive up-to-date information from PHA about special programs and opportunities to get involved in projects. You can also contact leaders directly! (Membership is restricted to organization leaders. Please contact if you are interested in becoming a member. If you are not a PH organization leader, join PHAcommunity to connect with other patients, families, and medical professionals!)

  • International Seed Grant Program
    Apply for funds to help you get your non-profit pulmonary hypertension association off the ground. Proposals that enhance or expand your association’s work could receive up to $10,000 USD!

  • Memorandum of Understanding partnership program
    Formalize your association’s partnership with PHA and join the reputable network of international PH associations.

  • Leader’s Toolkit (for association leaders only, must be signed in)
    Share your resources and explore others’ for inspiration and ideas.
