EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR PATIENTS

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) offers education programs for patients and caregivers through online learning, regional forums and conferences. See descriptions below:

PHA Classroom

PHA Classroom is a robust online learning center with videos and other resources that educate viewers on medical and lifestyle topics related to pulmonary hypertension (PH). Created for people with PH and their caregivers, the content is useful for anyone interested in learning more about PH.

PH Community Workshop

The PH Community Workshop is a day-long regional forum for those living with PH, their families, and caregivers to connect with each other as well as local PH experts in their area. Workshop sessions cover a variety of topics including treating and managing PH, advocacy strategies, and the latest clinical research.

PHA International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s biennial Conference brings together more than 1,400 people with pulmonary hypertension, caregivers and health care professionals every other year. The event is an opportunity to learn about the latest research, treatments and living well with PH; participate in research; and connect with others in the PH community.

PHA Live

Join PHA for live virtual presentations and discussions with expert health care professionals and individuals living with PH. Get immediate answers to your questions about PH diagnosis, treatment, research, associated conditions and finding your new best normal.

PHA Community PH Education Fund

The PHA Community PH Education Fund provides education on medical and lifestyle topics for people living with PH and their families through online and in-person programs. PHA on the Road and PHA Classroom are supported by the PHA Community Education Fund.
