Aim Patient Support Program

Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals

Co-pay Assistance Program helps reduce the cost of treatment if you have private insurance with a percentage coinsurance or co-pay requirement. In order to limit out-of-pocket expenses for patients, this program pays up to $20,000 per year of a patient’s copay amount.

Temporary Patient Assistance Program (TPAP) – provides medications to patients who are unable to access their treatment because they are temporarily uninsured while waiting for prior authorization.

Patient Assistance Program (PAP) – provides medication for patients who are uninsured because their prior authorization and appeal have been denied by their insurance company and no other funding cannot be identified.

Who is Eligible?

While the eligibility requirements differ throughout the financial assistance programs, all three programs require periodic re-enrollment to confirm eligibility, and patients will be notified when re-enrollment is necessary.
