Placing sponsorships on hold

PHA understands that most companies require a formal review process before funding commitments can be made. When a sponsor indicates interest in an opportunity that is offered as a sole sponsorship, PHA will place that item on hold for a maximum of four weeks while the appropriate approvals are sought. After four weeks, the sponsorship will be made available to other interested parties if no final commitment can be made.

PHA reserves the right to change sole sponsorships to co-sponsorships at its discretion.

Right of first refusal

Diamond level sponsors from the 2015 PHPN Symposium will have the right of first refusal for sole-sponsorships lasting three business days beginning January 3rd, 2017. Diamond level sponsors will have the right of first refusal for sole-sponsorships lasting three business days at the 2019 PHPN Symposium after the release of 2019 sponsorship descriptions. Right of first refusal is unnecessary for and will not be provided for co-sponsorships, except for t-shirts.

Pre-Symposium Programming

Registration Subsidy Program

$30,000 per 100 registrations; $45,000 per 150 registrations; co-sponsorship

With many hospitals and practices tightening their belts, the highly visible and valued PHPN Symposium will become even more important in 2017. The registration subsidy not only alleviates financial challenges for attendees, but also creates a buzz around registering early, thus inspiring their colleagues to register as well. This sponsorship will subsidize the registration fee for the first 100 Symposium registrants; companies can sponsor one, two or three 100-registration blocks. Registration support will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, and only non-industry healthcare professionals working in a PH setting are eligible. PHA will manage this process independent of sponsors.

In addition to the benefits listed above, sponsor(s) will be recognized on the online registration page and in all PHA online and print registration marketing. Note: PHA will work with sponsors to make sure that this sponsorship is delivered within regulatory guidelines.

Advocacy Day – Focus on Treatment Access

The PHPN Advocacy Day on Thursday, Oct. 5 puts healthcare professionals face-to-face with legislative staff for these critical conversations.

In addition to the benefits listed above, sponsor(s) will be recognized on the Advocacy Day training session presentation slide deck.
