Pulmonary Hypertension Association Rallies Community Ahead of Rare Disease Day

PHA is mobilizing the pulmonary hypertension (PH) community for a Rare Disease Day effort to reach people who have PH and don't know it and those at risk for developing the life-threatening disease.
